💾 1. How do I receive my product after purchase?
Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive a link to download your image set directly. A copy of the download link will also be sent to your email. No physical items will be shipped.
📁 2. What file formats do you provide?
Our image sets typically come in JPG or PNG formats. Some sets also include an optional PDF version for easy printing.
🧠 3. How many differences are in each image set?
Each product will state the difficulty level:
- Easy: 3–5 differences
- Medium: 6–10 differences
- Hard: 10–15+ differences
We also include an answer key in a separate file when needed.
🖨️ 4. Can I print the images?
Absolutely! All images are high resolution and print-friendly. You can print them at home or through a print shop for offline fun.
📱 5. Can I use these images on my phone or tablet?
Yes! Our digital files are optimized for both desktop and mobile screens, so you can zoom in and play anywhere.
🔁 6. Can I re-download a product if I lose it?
Of course! Just email us at soyabrothersartwork@gmail.com with your order details and we’ll resend the files.
🚫 7. Can I share or resell the images I buy?
Nope – sorry! All products are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is not allowed.

Since these are digital products, we generally don’t offer refunds. But if you experience any issues, contact us and we’ll make it right.
